Grandview Healthcare Center is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support and implement therapy programs that help patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life. Qualifications

• License required (Iowa PTA)
• Experience preferred but new grads welcome
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing customized physical therapy programs under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence through targeted exercises.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and at-home exercises.
• Ensure patients feel supported and comfortable during therapy sessions
