Job summary

SteveRecruiter, LLC seeks an experienced Physical Therapist (DPT preferred) for a new outpatient clinic in Pearland, TX. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, with up to $5,000 in bonuses and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends.

You will help shape a brand-new practice, maintain evidence-based care, and mentor future clinicians as the clinic grows.

Qualifications

• DPT preferred or master's in physical therapy.
• Active Texas PT license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum 1 year outpatient clinical experience.
• Strong orthopedic rehabilitation experience.
• Interest in vestibular, balance, or geriatric rehab; training available.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for patient care and clinic growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations.
• Develop individualized evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver hands-on outpatient rehabilitation services.
• Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Complete timely documentation using the PROMPT EMR system.
• Collaborate with clinicians to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
• Contribute to building a trusted Pearland clinic reputation.

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000–$110,000 annually (Salary-based, not productivity or visit-based)

• Up to $3,000 annual performance incentive

What You'll Treat

The clinic primarily serves adults and older adults (ages 12+) with a diverse outpatient caseload including:

• Orthopedic injuries

• Post-operative rehabilitation

• Balance and vestibular disorders

• Neurological conditions

• Chronic pain

• Mobility and strength deficits

• Fall prevention

• Pelvic health (not required - interest welcomed; training available)

What You'll Do

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations

• Develop individualized evidence-based treatment plans

• Deliver hands-on outpatient rehabilitation services

• Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, balance, and fall prevention

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate

• Complete timely documentation using the PROMPT EMR system

• Collaborate with fellow clinicians to deliver exceptional patient outcomes

• Help establish a trusted reputation within the Pearland community through outstanding patient care

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT preferred) or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

• Active Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)

• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient clinical experience preferred

• Strong orthopedic experience preferred

• Interest in vestibular, balance, or geriatric rehabilitation (training available)

• Current CPR/BLS certification
