Hire Consulting Services in Pearland, TX seeks an experienced Physical Therapist (DPT preferred) for a full-time outpatient role. You’ll perform comprehensive evaluations, develop evidence-based plans, and deliver hands-on care to adults with orthopedic, vestibular, and balance needs.

Competenze

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT preferred) or Master's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Minimum of 1 year outpatient clinical experience preferred.
• Strong orthopedic experience preferred.
• Interest in vestibular, balance, or geriatric rehabilitation (training available).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding patient care.
• Organized, self-motivated, and excited to help build a thriving outpatient practice.

Compensation & Benefits

• $90,000–$110,000 annually (Salary-based, not productivity or visit-based)

• Up to $3,000 annual performance incentive

• 10 days of PTO annually

What You'll Treat

The clinic primarily serves adults and older adults (ages 12+) with a diverse outpatient caseload including:

• Orthopedic injuries

• Post-operative rehabilitation

• Balance and vestibular disorders

• Neurological conditions

• Chronic pain

• Mobility and strength deficits

• Fall prevention

• Pelvic health (not required - interest welcomed; training available)

What You'll Do
