Nealy Pierce is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join its acute inpatient rehab team at a 220-bed community medical center. The role emphasizes 1:1 patient care and collaboration with PT/OT/SLP colleagues to optimize patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate) and be licensed or eligible for licensure. A mentorship program and structured onboarding are provided to new grads.

Competenze

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist (NPTE) or become licensed before employment begins.
• Passion for Acute Rehab/Inpatient Rehab and desire to treat 1:1.
• Experience with neurodiagnoses in an Inpatient setting is preferred.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Mansioni

• Provide 1:1 patient care in acute/inpatient rehab.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, and SLPs in a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain a full-time, on-site schedule with 8:30–4:00 shifts and 1in4 weekend rotation.
