Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Pinecrest/Tamarac SNF teams in Florida. This full-time role focuses on delivering skilled PT services to residents in an SNF setting, within the in-house therapy program.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to enhance safety, mobility, and quality of life, in modern facilities with supportive leadership and flexible scheduling. A comprehensive benefits package and sign-on bonus are available.

Qualifications

• Active Florida PT license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PT-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
