Pivot Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for Pivot at The Broadmoor at Creekside Park in Spring, TX. This position is full-time with a focus on evaluating and treating patients within a collaborative therapy team.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited School of Physical Therapy and current Texas licensure. Competitive pay starts at $43/hour, with 401k, medical/dental/vision, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and free CEUs.

• Screens, evaluates, and treats Patients.

• Establishes measurable goals and develops treatment plan to move the patient toward independence and function.
• Supervises physical therapist assistants and rehab techs in direct patient care and patient-related activities.

QualificationsEssential Functions:

• Screens, evaluates, and treats Patients


• Completes a comprehensive evaluation using appropriate evaluation and assessment tools and procedures


• Reviews patient records for current diagnoses, past medical history, precautions and contraindication


• Establishes measurable goals and develops treatment plan to move the patient toward his or her maximum level of independence and/or function


• Supervises physical therapist assistants and rehab techs in direct patient care and patient-related activities in accordance with state practice act.


• Interprets and communicates evaluation findings and treatment program to patients, family, and other team members

• Graduate from an accredited School of Physical Therapy


• Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state of current practice


• Must have good communication skills and be able to relate professionally and positively to patients, patients’ family members, and staff
