InHome Therapy is seeking licensed physical therapists to provide in-home PT for adults and seniors in Chicago's North Shore, including Northbrook and nearby communities. You’ll assess mobility, plan personalized care, and implement rehab programs in patients' homes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community.
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals.
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.

InHome Therapy is hiring full-time and part-time licensed home care Physical Therapist (PT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in Chicago's North Shore, including Northbrook, Deerfield, Glenview, Highland Park, Lake Forest, Libertyville, Vernon Hills, and surrounding communities. Compensation and Benefits*

• This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
