Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed physical therapist to provide in-home services to adult and geriatric patients in Oak Brook and surrounding areas. You will deliver assessments, develop goals, and implement exercise programs in patients’ homes with a flexible schedule.

We offer a stable caseload, mentorship, and tools to support you, including a tablet with data plan and mileage reimbursement. Compensation is based on per-visit visits and experience.

Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Comfort with technology (email, texting, EMR systems) (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate mobility, strength, and function to set goals.
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate home health documentation per Medicare and agency standards.

Compensation and Benefits*

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65- $85 per visit

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
