Job summary

InHome Therapy is hiring a licensed home care Physical Therapist to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Northeast Philly. If you seek a flexible schedule and a supportive team, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities include delivering in-home PT, evaluating mobility, and implementing rehab programs while educating patients and families. Requires PT license in good standing and BLS CPR, with transportation to patient homes.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation to see patients in homes.
• Comfort with technology (email, texting, EMR) with training provided.

Compensation and Benefits

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $60- $75 per visit

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Requirements

• Active physical therapy (PT) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
