Job summary

Candidates should hold a valid PT license, a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent), and demonstrate experience in progressive PT practice to support

• Valid Physical Therapy license for the practicing state(s) or proof of eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field, or equivalent experience (including foreign degree evaluation)
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive PT experience if holding a Bachelor's degree.
