Job summary

Live Well Homecare in Maryland is seeking a Physical Therapist to join a facility-based rehabilitation team. You will assess patient needs, develop personalized recovery plans, and deliver PT services to support meaningful recovery.

The role reports to the Director of Rehab. A license in the practice state and appropriate degree are required, with options for advanced credentials or a Bachelor's with significant PT experience.

Qualifications

  • Valid Physical Therapy license in the practice state(s) or proof of license and eligibility.
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related credential.
  • Alternatively, Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of progressive PT experience.
  • Degree evaluation confirming U.S. equivalency if earned outside the U.S.
