Job summary

Health Wealth Safe is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to work in facility settings, reporting to the Director of Rehab. You will assess patients, develop personalized recovery plans, deliver therapy, and collaborate with the rehab team to promote independence and improve function.

Qualifications include a valid PT license (or eligibility), a Master's in Physical Therapy (or a Bachelor's with experience); degrees earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for equivalency.

Job description

Role: Physical Therapist working in facility settings, reporting to the Director of Rehab.

• Responsibilities: Assess patient needs, develop personalized recovery plans, deliver physical therapy, and collaborate with team members. Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and improve physical abilities. Adapt treatments to individual needs and settings, ensuring a patient-centered approach to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical function.
• Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapy license (or proof of eligibility), a Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field, or a Bachelor's degree plus experience. Degrees earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for equivalency.
