Job summary

Synchrony Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join teams at The Southwood, Southfork, Somerset Court of Mocksville & Mocksville Senior Living in Winston-Salem & Mocksville, NC. Schedule: Monday-Friday, no weekends or holidays. Hourly rate: 44-50/hr.

Weekly pay with health, dental, and vision benefits after first month, plus student loan repayment and 401(k) match. Responsibilities include assessments, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary care in a senior living

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a current, valid state PT licensure or certification.
• Current valid CPR certification, preferred.
• Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and body mechanics.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Educate patients and their families on exercise techniques, posture, body mechanics, and strategies to manage their condition effectively.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
