Job summary

Synchrony Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our Dynamic Rehab team at The Landings of Mills River and Stonecroft, senior living communities in Mills River & Flat Rock, NC. Schedule is Mon-Fri with no holidays or weekends; hourly rate $44-$50; part-time position with weekly pay and benefits after one month.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current state PT license.
• CPR certification (current) preferred.
• Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0–1 years.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, body mechanics.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for providing a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

Licenses and Certifications

Must have and maintain a current, valid state PT licensure or certification

Current valid CPR certification, preferred

Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Experience: 0-1 years

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
