Aspire Senior Living Webb City is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in Webb City, MO. This full-time day position focuses on developing and implementing individualized physical therapy plans to promote resident recovery, independence, and well-being.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, perform assessments, provide evidence-based therapy, and educate residents and families to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Missouri.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience as a Physical Therapist in a similar setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' physical mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans to address residents' specific needs and goals.
• Provide one-on-one and group physical therapy sessions, including exercises, walking programs, and other interventions.
• Communicate with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely records of resident progress and treatment plans.
