What you will do in this role:

• Apply your physical therapy skills to evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and facilitate recovery. Educate nursing staff and families on follow-up programs to build on progress.
• Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisors and team members; assist with scheduling and post charges daily to patient records.
• Document patient care in compliance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accreditation standards.
• Instruct families and nursing staff on follow-through programs.
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.
• Perform responsibilities in accordance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct, compliance policies, professional standards, and applicable laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Hourly range: $40.30 - $48.99 per hour
