Role Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and assist in their recovery. Instruct nursing staff and families on follow-up programs.
• Communicate patient progress or issues to team members; assist with scheduling and documentation.
• Document patient care in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain equipment and work environment safety and cleanliness.
• Adhere to company policies, professional standards, and legal requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in NJ.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Hourly range: $40.30-$48.99 per hour.
