Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education, a California-based pediatric group, is hiring Physical Therapists for the 2026-2027 school year. Roles include full-time, part-time, or per-diem, offering $56–$70/hr. We empower children and families with a collaborative, supportive team.

Join us to deliver direct PT services, participate in evaluations, and help develop individualized treatment plans with SMART goals. Relocation bonuses up to $10,000 and referral incentives are available.

Qualifications

• Hold (or be eligible for) a California Physical Therapy license.
• Passionate about supporting children in school-based and pediatric settings.
• Possess strong clinical, interpersonal and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct physical therapy services and consultations for children in school or pediatric settings.
• Conduct evaluations using standardized assessments, observations, and interviews.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with SMART goals.
• Collaborate with educators, families and team members to support student outcomes.
• Participate in equipment/assistive technology evaluation and trainings.
• Contribute to IEP and medical team meetings as an active member.
