Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education, a California-based pediatric group, is hiring Physical Therapists for the 2026-2027 school year. This role is part-time or per-diem, with compensation between $65–$70 per hour.

You’ll join our Assessment Team and empower children and families through targeted evaluations and collaborative care. Candidates must hold a California Physical Therapy license and have at least 2 years of school-based experience.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid California Physical Therapy license.
• Minimum 2 years of school-based experience.
• Strong clinical, interpersonal and documentation abilities.
• Clear communication and collaboration with caregivers and professionals.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations using standardized assessments, observations and interviews.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with SMART goals.
• Contribute to IEP and medical team meetings as an active member.
• Participate in equipment/assistive technology evaluation and trainings.

What We’re Looking For:
