Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is hiring Physical Therapists in California for the 2026-2027 school year. Positions include Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per-Diem with pay ranging from $56 to $70 per hour and a sign-on bonus up to $2,500.

The role focuses on school-based and pediatric settings with strong mentorship and opportunities for professional growth. You will evaluate and treat children, collaborate with educators and families, participate in IEP and medical team meetings, and pursue ongoing

Qualifications

• Hold a valid California Physical Therapy license or be eligible
• Experience supporting children in school-based/pediatric settings
• Strong clinical, interpersonal and documentation skills
• Clear, collaborative communication with caregivers and professionals
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct physical therapy services and consultations for children in school or pediatric settings
• Conduct evaluations using standardized assessments, observations, and interviews
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans with SMART goals
• Collaborate with educators, families and team members to support student outcomes
• Participate in equipment/assistive technology evaluation and trainings
• Contribute to IEP and medical team meetings as an active member
• Engage in ongoing professional development and mentorship
