Job summary

InHome Therapy is hiring licensed home care Physical Therapists (PT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes in and around Tinley Park. If you are looking for a flexible schedule, a consistent caseload, and a team that supports you - we would love to hear from you.

Compensation and Benefits: PTO, paid holidays, a per-visit pay model with rates from $65 to $85 per visit, mileage reimbursement, and support with training, tablets, data plans and supplies.

Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community.
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals.
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65 - $85 per visit

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
