Synchrony Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PRN) to join our Rehab team at The Hermitage, Bryson City Senior Living & Franklin House, innovative Senior Living Communities located in Sylva, Bryson City, Franklin, NC.

(Ideal candidate should have outpatient experience & can commit to 4-6 hours per week)

Qualifications

Job Summary: The Physical Therapist (PT) provides a full range of physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment, adhering to professional practices and ethical standards.

Licenses and Certifications: Must hold a current, valid state PT license or certification. CPR certification is preferred.

Education and Experience: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. 0-1 years of experience preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions, limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, body mechanics, and management strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
