About the Role

Synchrony Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PRN) to join our Rehab team at The Hermitage, Bryson City Senior Living & Franklin House, located in Sylva, Bryson City, Franklin, NC. The ideal candidate should have outpatient experience and be able to commit to 4-6 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on exercises and strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Current, valid state PT licensure
• CPR certification (preferred)
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• 0-1 years of experience
