Powerbackrehabtoyou seeks a Physical Therapist for a multi-site role in Sunnyvale and Santa Clara, overseeing patient assessments and recovery plans. You will be responsible for collaborating with peers, delivering therapy, and training patients.

Multi-site role between Idylwood Care Center (Sunnyvale) & Santa Clara Post Acute (Santa Clara).

Position: Physical Therapist. Work: In facility. Reporting to Director of Rehab. Salary: USD $60.00 - $65.00 per hour.
