Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy, or a related field, or Bachelor's degree with 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• U.S. equivalent evaluation for degrees earned outside the U.S.

Compensation

USD $40.00 - $53.00 per hour. Bonus: USD $10,000.
