Position Details

• Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy services to help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and lifestyle changes to promote long-term wellness.
• Collaborate with peers and refer patients to other healthcare providers as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and progress notes.

Qualifications

1. Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
2. Must have a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or
3. Must have a Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or
4. Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Posted Salary Range: USD $45.00 - USD $50.00 /Hr.
