Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s in PT related field with a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• The PT degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated to the U.S. equivalent.
• All credentials must be current and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Help patients recover and improve functional ability.
• Design programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical function and independence.
• Collaborate with the care team to support patient wellness and progress.

Qualifications

1. They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
2. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
3. They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
4. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Posted Salary Range

USD $40.00 - USD $55.00 /Hr.
