Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist for an in-facility opportunity at Sandia Ridge Center in Albuquerque, NM. You will assess patients, design individualized treatment plans, and deliver comprehensive physical therapy to restore function and improve independence.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent combination with Bachelor's in Physical Therapy and 5 years progressive PT experience.
• Foreign PT degree must be evaluated as US-equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Teach and train patients/caregivers to promote independence and functional improvement.

Qualifications

• 1. They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• 2. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• 3. They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• 4. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• 5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Posted Salary Range

USD $60.00 - USD $60.00 /Hr.
