Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice or eligible.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Master's in PT related field with Bachelor's in PT; or Bachelor's plus 5 years PT experience.
• Foreign PT degree must be evaluated for US equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy.
• Provide patient-centered care and promote independence.
• Collaborate with team and refer to others to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote home exercise and functional recovery.

Posted Salary Range

USD $40.00 - USD $55.00 /Hr.

Qualifications

1. They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
2. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
3. They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
4. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.
