Job summary

Powerback Rehab is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for Casa Real Nursing Center in Santa Fe, New Mexico. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver therapy in a facility setting as part of a collaborative rehab team.

A valid PT license in the state, a Master's degree in Physical Therapy (or a U.S. recognized equivalent), and the ability to work with diverse patients are required. A $20,000 bonus is offered, paid over 24 months.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or U.S. educational equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressive PT experience.
• Foreign PT degrees must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to patients in a facility setting.
• Collaborate with rehab team and refer as needed to promote patient independence.
• Act as teacher to patients and caregivers to promote ongoing progress.

Qualifications

• 1. They must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
• 2. They must have a Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• 3. They must have a Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or
• 4. They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
• 5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.

Posted Salary Range

USD $60.00 - USD $70.00 /Hr.
