Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist at Autumn Lake at Union. You'll work with residents at different stages of recovery, helping them strengthen their mobility and prepare for the activities they want to return to.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents and establish goals based on their functional needs
• Provide physical therapy focused on strength, balance, walking, and transfers
• Reassess progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Document care and communicate with the interdisciplinary team
