Salary range: $38 - $60 per hour. We expect those hired into this job to be paid within this range; however, certain circumstances may allow for outside this range.

Responsibilities include:

1. Evaluating patient conditions, developing treatment plans, and assisting in recovery; instructing nursing staff and families on follow-up programs
2. Communicating patient progress or issues to supervisors and team members; assisting with scheduling and documentation
3. Documenting patient care in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
4. Maintaining equipment and work areas safely and cleanly
5. Adhering to company policies, professional standards, and legal requirements
6. Performing other duties as assigned

Minimum qualifications:

1. Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
2. Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state of practice
3. Current CPR certification
4. Strong organizational and communication skills
