Job summary

Key Rehabilitation is seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist to join our team in Red Oak, Iowa. The role includes evaluating patients and creating treatment plans in both Home Health and SNF settings. Qualifications

• Supervise PTAs within the facilities.
• Work in both Home Health and SNF settings.
