An established industry player in pediatric intervention services is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on providing direct physical therapy to children aged birth through 5 years, ensuring each child reaches their fullest potential in a supportive and fun environment. The organization emphasizes collaboration and individualized care, making a significant impact on children's lives and their families. If you are energetic, eager to learn, and ready to make a difference, this opportunity is perfect for you!
Since our start in 1994, Wee Care has quickly grown to be one of the largest pediatric intervention service providers in northwest Indiana and the southern Chicago suburbs. The agency employs highly regarded professionals who are respected in their fields and maintains a model treatment facility. Our highest honor is achieved when a child smiles after learning a new skill and the family recognizes the difference.
In Fall 2024, Wee Care joined Liberty POST, an early intervention agency that has been offering high-quality, individualized services since 1994. Backed by Liberty Resources Inc. and part of a large social services network, POST originated as a speech-language practice in Syracuse, NY, and has expanded to provide a range of services throughout New York State and now Indiana. We employ over 500 professionals in various settings and use a collaborative team approach to evaluation, direct therapy, and family education through child-directed play. We emphasize the importance of a child's natural learning environment, a family's unique strengths and needs, and serve a diverse population.
The Physical Therapist (PT) is primarily responsible for providing direct physical therapy to children aged birth through 5 years old. A full or part-time COTA is also needed for onsite early intervention services. Energetic applicants who are willing to learn and have fun are encouraged to apply!
