New graduates and experienced PTs are welcome; responsibilities include direct therapy, IEP goals, and collaboration with education teams.

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapist license.
• Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent).
• Interest or experience in pediatrics, schools, or special education preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based physical therapy services to pediatric students (K–12).
• Support students in mobility, strength, balance, coordination, and access to their educational environment.
• Deliver direct therapy services, including individual and group sessions.
• Implement student treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Collaborate with special education teams, OTs, SLPs, teachers, and other school professionals.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as appropriate.
• Support the use of adaptive equipment and assistive technology.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
• Communicate student progress with supervising therapists and educational teams.
• Physical Therapists (PTs) may also conduct evaluations, develop plans of care, contribute to IEP development, make clinical recommendations, and provide supervision to PTAs as appropriate.

Physical Therapist (PT) – School-Based | Kingston, NH | Full-Time | 2026–27 School Year Boothby Therapy Services is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a school-based pediatric position in Plaistow, NH. This is a full-time. This roles is ideal for PTs interested in pediatric therapy, school-based practice, and a flexible schedule while making a meaningful impact in students' everyday school experience. We welcome new graduates, experienced PTs and retired clinicians interested in returning to practice.

• Pay: $45-60/hour

PT Responsibilities

Depending On Licensure And Role, Responsibilities May Include
