Boothby Therapy Services is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) for a school-based, pediatric position in Northampton, Massachusetts. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for new grads, experienced PTs, and retirees.

You will work in K-12 school settings with a supportive clinical team and a focus on student-centered care. The position requires MA PT licensure and a DPT or equivalent, with responsibilities including evaluations, IEPs, and direct therapy services.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required.
• Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent).
• Interest or experience in pediatrics, schools, or special education preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide school-based physical therapy to pediatric students (K-12).
• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Write and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs).
• Deliver direct therapy services (individual and group sessions).
• Improve student mobility, strength, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate with special education teams, OTs, SLPs, and teachers.
• Attend IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Recommend adaptive equipment and assistive technology.

• Pay: $45-$60 per hour (based on experience)
