Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home PT services to adults and seniors in Orlando and surrounding areas. You will evaluate mobility, design treatment plans, and guide patients through exercises in their homes.

We offer flexible scheduling, mentorship, and a supportive team. Compensation is per visit with benefits eligibility based on status and hours worked.

Qualifications

• Active PT license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in homes
• Comfort with technology: email and EMR systems (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients
• Evaluate mobility, strength and function to set goals
• Implement rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

• IHT PT Clinical Excellence Bonus - earn additional weekly pay based on visit complexity and volume
• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65 - $80 per visit

Key Responsibilities

This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
