Licensed Physical Therapist (PT)
Chase Staffing Associates is actively hiring Licensed Physical Therapists (PTs) to provide care in home health, long-term care, and rehabilitation settings. Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients and develop treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain.
Provide therapy services in patients' homes or care facilities.
Adjust treatments based on patient progress and clinical judgment.
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure quality care.
Complete accurate documentation and assist with billing or reporting tasks.
Follow all state and federal physical therapy regulations.
Stay current on continuing education (minimum 10 hours every two years).
Requirements:
Active Physical Therapist license (PT).
Experience in home health, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation is a plus.
Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused.
Spanish speaking is a plus (not required)
