Job summary

Fruitvale Healthcare Center is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat residents with neuromuscular and musculoskeletal issues within a supportive team environment.

Salary ranges from $99,840 to $124,800 per year; full-time and part-time options available. Sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and relocation reimbursement. California license required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• One (1) year of clinical experience preferred. New graduates welcomed!
• Current license to practice Physical Therapy issued by the state of California.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, plans and administers treatment to patients with problems related to neuromuscular and musculoskeletal systems.
• Administers and interprets tests and measurements for muscle strength, coordination, range of motion, and respiratory and circulatory efficiency.
• Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
• Conducts home assessments simulated or actual, as appropriate, to ensure discharge of residents to a safe environment.
• Completes required forms and documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations.
