InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home services for adults and seniors in and around Oak Brook. Enjoy a flexible schedule, a consistent caseload, and a supportive team that prioritizes patient care.

Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Familiarity with email, text messaging, and EMR systems (training provided).

• The evaluation visit rate for this role ranges from $65 - $85 per visit

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

Requirements

• Active physical therapy (PT) license in good standing
• BLS CPR certification
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
