Job summary

Crystal Lake Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Bayville, NJ is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our skilled rehabilitation team. You will evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans across long-term skilled nursing and short-term post-acute programs.

Responsibilities include implementing therapy interventions, coordinating with physicians and nurses, and maintaining accurate progress notes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current New Jersey Physical Therapist license
• Hospital or rehabilitation experience preferred, but new graduates welcome
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts

Crystal Lake Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team at our 235-bed facility in Bayville, NJ 08721. You will provide care in both long-term skilled nursing and short-term post-acute rehabilitation programs. Our patients come from area hospitals including Community Medical Center, Ocean Medical Center, Barnabas Behavioral Health, Ancora Hospital, and Ivystone Hospital.

Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, you will:
