Crystal Lake Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Bayville, NJ seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our 235-bed facility, providing care in long-term and short-term rehab. You will evaluate patients and design individualized treatment plans in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Applicants must have a NJ PT license and a PT degree. New graduates welcome; strong communication and adaptability are essential, with shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
• Active New Jersey PT license is required.
• Prior hospital or rehab experience is preferred; new graduates are welcome.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver interventions including exercises, stretches, and modalities.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate progress notes and discharge summaries.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to review patient progress.
