Job summary

The Cypress Ridge Care Center is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our in‑house rehab team in California. This role offers full‑time hours with flexible scheduling and a starting pay range of $56–$65 per hour, DOE.

You will work with two therapy gyms featuring ocean views and access to cutting-edge equipment to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based therapy. As a clinician, you’ll conduct evaluations, create individualized treatment plans, and educate patients and caregivers on home

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state
• Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate)
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and mobility assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on therapy using evidence-based techniques and advanced tools
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Adhere to all clinical, regulatory, and ethical standards
