Job summary

Cypress Ridge Care Center is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab team. You will evaluate patients, design individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy using advanced tools and evidence-based methods.

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in the state (to be determined)
Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate)
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Ability to work independently and within a team

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and mobility assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide hands-on therapy using evidence-based techniques and advanced tools
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety
Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Adhere to all clinical, regulatory, and ethical standards
