Job summary

Bradley Estates Nursing and Rehab (Sterling Therapy Solutions) seeks a Physical Therapist to join a compassionate team in Brown Deer, Wisconsin. The PT will evaluate residents, design and implement treatment plans, and collaborate with nurses and physicians to restore independence and function.

Requirements include current Wisconsin PT licensure, strong communication, and a proactive, patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Current PT certification in the state of Wisconsin.
• Professional enthusiastic attitude and strong communication.
• Self-motivated with ability to take initiative in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and document evaluations of referred residents in accordance with facility policies and procedures
• Provide appropriate treatment to help residents attain highest level of function
• Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic exercises and activities
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and home exercises
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
