Job description

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team in Greendale, WI. The Physical Therapist will evaluate, plan, and provide skilled physical therapy services to residents within our skilled nursing facility. This role focuses on helping residents achieve their highest functional level, improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team while also managing individual caseloads.
  • Compassionate, patient, and resident-centered approach to care.
