Job summary

The role emphasizes person-directed care, compassionate service, and collaborative teamwork to provide high-quality therapy and improve residents' well-being. Qualified applicants hold a Georgia PT license in good standing, have at least one year of LTC experience, and demonstrate strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia Physical Therapist PT license in good standing.
• One year of experience working in a Long-term Care/Skilled Nursing community but willing to train new grads
• Experience working in a Person-Directed Care community preferred
• Genuine passion for working with elders
• Strong team work/collaboration skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good documentation skills (electronic charting experience with Net Health preferred)
• Strong organization and time management skills
