Job summary

Glen Ridge Health Campus is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide a full range of physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary team.

The role requires a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, Ohio/ Kentucky state PT licensure, and up to 1 year of experience. Strong communication with patients and families is essential, with emphasis on accurate documentation and collaborative care.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Experience: 0-1 years
• Licenses: Must have and maintain a current, valid state PT licensure or certification. Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions, functional limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercise techniques, posture, and body mechanics.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes per facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
