Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, body mechanics, and strategies to manage conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Other duties as assigned.
