Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking an in-home physical therapist to deliver care to adults and seniors in patients' homes. You will assess mobility, design goals, and lead rehabilitation programs in a flexible, autonomous schedule.

Qualifications

• Active physical therapy license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in‑home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in the community.
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards

• This position is paid on a per‑visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full‑time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO.
